Syarat dan Ketentuan
1. Clairēn reserves the right to check the condition of goods before accepting returns, returns or exchanges (“Returns”). You must bear the shipping and handling costs of returning the refused item to you.
2. Complete the steps set out in the “Returns or Exchanges” section
3. All risks in shipping goods to Clairēn will be borne by you. Clairēn is not responsible for loss or damage to items returned to us.
4. Clairēn is not responsible for damage to any item caused by unique, accidental, or random damage resulting from your use or wear and tear. Our Return Policy does not cover such damage.
5. Our Returns Policy does not cover items used in a manner or purpose not reasonably considered by Clairēn , or where the item has been modified in a way not authorized by Clairēn .
6. Clairēn makes no warranties with respect to any product, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. All Returns are always governed by Indonesian law. Clairēn and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
8. Goods that can be exchanged or returned only apply to goods at normal prices and do not apply to goods at discount prices.
9. We do not accept returns for goods that are damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, sharp objects, etc.) or activities that are different from the original use of the product (using running shoes for sports in the field, etc.)
10. MUST include a PACKAGE UNBOXING VIDEO (without editing, cutting & clear initial packaging from us before the package is opened) after receiving the package from the courier, if you do not include an UNBOXING VIDEO then returns or exchanges cannot be made
11. Clairēn's decision regarding refunds and exchange of goods is final.
Overview
You can return your item for 100% of the purchase value or exchange it for free.
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 (thirty) days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for full value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The goods must be in the original packaging, with certificates and other documents. To complete your return, we require a product unboxing video.
Each purchase is only permitted to be returned or exchanged once. This means you can return your original ring once for a refund or exchange it once to change the size or color at no additional cost. Size, style, and color changes cannot be made after a one-time exchange has occurred. Refunds also cannot be made after the exchange has been made.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
- Special orders: pre-order orders
- Jewelry that has been measured, engraved, adjusted, or modified from its original condition, either before or after purchase, or according to customer request.
- Special orders: Goods ordered according to customer specifications.
- Discounted items upon purchase
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear, or damage
Return or Exchange
To return or exchange products, following the conditions mentioned above, you can make a return using the return form.
We recommend that you make all reasonable efforts to ensure exchange of goods. If the request is approved, the amount will be returned with a Clairēn web store Gift Card.
To exchange goods, the replacement item must be at the same or lower price. If you plan to order a ring at a higher price, we will give you a Gift Card for the same amount that you can use in our web store to choose the product you like.
We cannot accept any goods that are deemed unfit for resale, have been used, have been altered or damaged, and will be returned to the customer.
