Buyback Policy

Here are the terms and conditions of the buy-back program that must be considered before you resell or change your jewelry in CLAIRĒN:

• Moissanite jewelry of minimum Carat weight of 0.5 Carat from CLAIRĒN
• CLAIRĒN does not accept the sale of jewelry with special symbols, for example: name or initials.
• The price of jewelry to be paid by CLAIRĒN is 50% of the initial purchase price, provided that the product is not damaged or defective, and must also be in the original packaging, with the CLAIRĒN certificate and the gemstone certificate.
• If the jewelry to be resold is damaged or defective, then the resale price will be lower. The more the number of defects found in your jewelry, the selling price will decrease.
• Resell process will take 4-7 business days.

For product change or upgrade, the price of jewelry will be valued 5% higher to be deducted on the new product.

 

Quick Illustration

If you want to resell your jewelry:

You bought Selene Solitaire Ring with the price of: Rp 1.750.000
The Buyback price will be 1.750.000 – 50% = Rp 825.000

If you want to upgrade your jewelry:

You bought Selene Solitaire Ring with the price of: Rp 1.750.000
You want to upgrade to Estelle Solitaire Ring with the price of: Rp 1.950.000
The difference that must be paid by you will be 1.950.000 – (1.750.000 – 45%) = Rp 987.500
